CMtec technology :

Unlike most existing pumps, the stator is not cylindrical but conchoidal, allowing the use of monobloc vanes. The stator is easily adaptable to the exact required discharge.
The gear train is replaced by two rigid U-shaped vanes. More information about the CMtec

Industrial Pumps and Motor-pumps

Industrial Pumps & Motor-pumps

The CMtec technology: a world unique technology
  • Inventor and manufacturer of "CMtec"-type pumps, which combine the advantages of both the gear pump and the vane pump.
  • ability to handle products containing particles or with high viscosities.
  • From special compact pumps(188x122mm) to high volume pumps with dosage system
  • Development of niche markets with tailor-made products designed in cooperation with our clients' design offices.

CM tec = Curved stator and Monoblock blades technology

Main adavantages of the CMtec technology :

Exceptional reliability
  • Ability to handle highly viscous products and fluids with particles.
  • Positive-displacement pumping whatever the rotation speed and viscosity.
  • Direction of flow of the fluid independent of the shaft rotation direction
  • High aspiration capacity and self priming pumps.
  • Integrated safety by-pass protecting the circuit.
  • Tailor made pumps due to the technically simplycity.
  • Easy and rapid maintenance
  • Soft transferring : no shearing effect.
  • Silencious pumps

Application examples :

  • Transfer of chemicals.
  • Transfer of fibre-lubricating products in the textile industry.
  • Lubrication of machine tools.
  • Diesel alimentation of railway engines.
  • Transfer of products in oil-related industries.
  • Lubrication of public works equipment.
  • Re-conditioning of industrial drums.
  • Transfer of feed for bee hives.
  • Emptying of industrial friers.
  • Transfer of glycol water in cooling installations.
  • Cleaning of oil in closed circuits.
  • Hydraulic transfer for lubricating units or hydraulic materials
